We have a number of resellers combining our products and expertise with their own to take specific technology to their client base. These resellers appreciate our proven track record which allows them to confidently integrate our systems with their own.

What we expect from you

A typical ipcortex reseller has an established presence in one of our specialist market areas, or a presence and capability in an adjacent market and a desire to grow their business using our solutions.

Many existing IT resellers find that our load balancing and VoIP solutions are particularly appropriate to them as they already possess many of the networking skills required to install and then support the systems once in place. Using this technology allows them to quickly establish a lucrative new business line in the new market.

Generally we require our resellers to have a proven ability to appropriately market, sell, install and support similar solutions although we provide full product specific training for their whole organisation. Other relationship forms, for example referral partnership are appropriate where a partner wishes to gain benefits from promoting our products into their customer base but doesn't want full lifecycle involvement with the solution.

Whatever their level of involvement, we encourage our resellers to provide us with regular feedback and recommendations as to how we can improve the support we give them.

Support and training

With the comprehensive support structures we have in place, you can take your aftercare to the highest level in terms of efficiency and competency of service. Our Support ranges from quick, do it yourself support documents on our website to telephone support provided by industry experts, to visits to your client on location.

Our training resources both online and in person can help you familiarise yourself with the products we offer, and empower you to make knowledgeable and consistent sales. Training is offered to resellers via access to online training materials and our new customer demonstration suite on site at our Bletchley Park offices.

Training days can be arranged for you or your team, including a technical briefing from one of our experts and a chance to get hands on experience with the equipment we offer. Our direct to client training can be an excellent way to teach your clients how to make the most of their new systems and be confident in their use.
