With the comprehensive support structures we have in place, you can rely on our ability to provide assistance promptly and efficiently. Our Support ranges from quick, do it yourself support documents online to telephone support provided by industry experts, to visits on location to your offices.

If in the first instance you cannot find your answer on our online VoIP technical FAQ, the PABX Manual pdf or our Load Balancing resources then please, don't hesitate to contact us. For phone manufacturer specific queries, please visit our collection of manufacturer support information.

If your problem has not been solved by the online support that we provide, our support phone lines are staffed by our technical experts. You can reach us on 0845 644 2805. Please note that to provide a more efficient support service for our VoIP customers, we encourage you to send us a fully completed PABX checklist, available here.

We offer installation for our VoIP and load balancing solutions within the South East and Midlands areas at a standard charge - for all other areas feel free to call us on 0845 644 2805 to discuss your needs. We also offer follow up support packages per installation, including a remote diagnostic and troubleshooting service (with same day shipment of pre-configured PABX units in the case of hardware failure).

In the rare event that we cannot solve your query online or over the phone, you may require one of our technical engineers to work with you on site. This nature of support must be discussed on a case by case basis, so please contact us on 0845 644 2805.


training

Our training resources both online and in person can help you familiarise yourself with the products we offer, and empower you to make the most of your investment into your communications system. Training is offered to customers access to online training materials and our new customer demonstration suite on site at our Bletchley Park offices.

Training days can also be arranged for you and your team, including a technical briefing from one of our experts and a chance to get hands on experience with the equipment we offer.

At our offices in historic Bletchley Park we have a state of the art customer suite for interactive training and demonstration purposes. With the vast range of the products that we offer interoperating in a live VoIP system alongside our Coyote Point load balancers, you and your staff can gain a true appreciation for the technology and the advanced features and opportunities that we can provide for businesses both big and small.

Whether you wish to know more about how to use the systems, or the guts behind them, we can construct a training day to meet your informational needs. Our training days can cater for anything from the individual to the group, and give you the best base from which to utilise your new solution.

We can offer training days directly to you on location at your offices. These can follow a morning of system installation for example, but can be flexible to incorporate the specific needs of you and your staff. Anything from advanced system administration to basic use of the new equipment can be incorporated - each training day is tailored to your individual needs.
