weather update (last updated 6/2/2009)

Update: 6th Feb: – Roads around our offices and wider area are difficult due to the weather and many staff will be working from home again. Everyone will be contactable on the normal phone numbers and e-mail wherever they are working so this shouldn't impact service. We aren't sure about the post and courier situation yet and will issue a further update later.

Update: 5th Feb: – we are open for business today, but due to heavy snowfall overnight and consequent travel disruption we only have a few staff in the office. All business functions are however operating normally with most staff working remotely. All the normal telephone numbers (including reception, support and key staff DDIs) will reach us in the normal way although staff may actually be working from home or taking calls on a mobile so please bear with us if it takes slightly longer than usual to answer your query.

The only exception to business as usual is that we have not received a postal delivery and our couriers have informed us that they will not be able to make a pickup so we will not be able to ship hardware today.

2nd Feb: Update: 14:00 - Our couriers have informed us that they are not able to make a pickup today and shipment of new orders placed today will therefore be deferred, hopefully only until tomorrow. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.

Things were pretty quiet around lunchtime, marketing and tech support found some time to build a snowman.

08:30 - There has been some heavy snowfall overnight in the area around our offices but nearly all staff are in as usual so there should be no impact on customers. Those staff not in the office are working remotely and should be reachable by telephone on their normal number and e-mail.
