Bletchley, Milton Keynes – 23rd February 2012 – Finalists for the Network Computing Awards have been announced, with the VoIPCortex platform the only Unified Communications solution selected for the accolade.

ipcortex Director Rob Pickering commented, “We are very pleased to have been selected as the only UC product in the final of the Hardware Product of the Year category, which is open to include products from all aspects of the data networking an telecoms industry. The award winners will be decided by public vote, which closes on the 12th March. On this, Pickering commented, “As a British company with all of our product design and assembly taking place in the UK, and specifically for the UK market, the challenges we face are often quite different to those encountered by our competitors who maintain a global focus. We are delighted by the enthusiasm that our customers have for British innovation by supporting us during the voting process.”

The Network Computing Awards, now in their sixth year, promote excellence across the whole data networking and telecommunications industry. The public vote is now open online and will close on the 12th March. The winners will be announced at the award ceremony at London’s Hotel Russell, Russell Square, on the 22nd March.
