The OCM allows users of the VoIPCortex IP PBX to seamlessly extend call management functionality to the desktop, making office communications more streamlined, flexible, and above all, simple. Boasting an enhanced control system based on drag and drop functionality with full visibility of call activity - including real time system wide monitoring and personal call histories – the OCM is openly accessible from any web browser with no software install required.

The VoIPCortex OCM will be available in the 3.1 release of the VoIPCortex IP PBX. This release also includes an updated operator panel, allowing dynamic queue monitoring and control from the configuration interface.
