There are two key technology transformations that are taking place right now across the globe: Unified Communications and Cloud Computing. When considered together they provide a unique and exciting inflection point in the development of the communications industry. If preparing a strategy designed to handle one great transformation might be tricky, then to handle two in parallel is indeed a complex proposition. If planned for in advance however, and adopted correctly they promise to bring new levels of operational efficiency and competitive advantage to those businesses that are prepared for their adoption.
We believe that over the next few years the way much of today's IT and communications infrastructure is both delivered and consumed will be touched by Cloud Computing, but we also recognise that today, many customers are not yet ready to make that move and/or are unclear as to what their strategy should be.
Furthermore, consumer experience with UC technologies and the consumerisation of end points in the workplace is driving adoption amongst organisations of all sizes.

- Embrace “Cloud like” consumption models, giving our customers access to new capabilities as required, without the hindrance of complicated licencing schemes.
- Deliver our solutions via the channel, working with those that are embracing this changing industry and assisting them in adding value for our customers via a consultative approach.
- Embracing open standards to form the basis of an interoperable, Cloud enabled Unified Communications infrastructure, where IT and telco managers can accommodate the “bring your own device” trend without sacrificing ownership or agility.
