This Internet Telephony account is designed to provide for all of your office voice communication requirements in conjunction with local VoIP capable equipment such as Asterisk, or our own PABX Equipment.

Incoming calls are catered for via a free 05xx (VoIP), 0845 or 0870 number with each account.

If you have existing BT lines and want CLI to be presented which is consistent with your office numbers, even when you use our Internet termination service then this can be arranged. All you have to do is provide us with proof that you own the inbound number range and we will then asociate this information with your account and give it out as your CLI (subject to certain conditions).

The service is provided as an IAX2 account on our telephony gateway.

Our service is provided from a high quality data-centre in Harbour Exchange Square, London Docklands. All of the normal high reliability features are present such as multiple redundant power systems and Internet feeds into the building to ensure service reliability.
