All of the load balancers we sell have an intuitive and simple to use interface which means that basic setup and configuration can usually be done by your own staff from the product documentation. Many of our customers do however find that a day of intensive on-site installation and operation training helps them quickly and fully utilise the power of these devices in their own environment.

Delivered by a load balancing expert, the training is suitable for all professionals involved in developing, supporting and managing your service. During the one day at your site we are fairly flexible on content, but would typically cover the following topics:

• Basic theory of how load balancing works and implications for network protocols.
• A practical configuration session with your load balancers in typical configurations.
• Discussion of more advanced load balancer issues and implementations in the context of your applications.
