All VoIPCortex PABX units are sold through highly trained resellers who are able to provide our end users with detailed support that is specific to their own installation. In turn those resellers are able to rely on our UK based support team for expert third line support on all aspects of the product and it's installation.
If you are an end user and are unsure of your support arrangements, you should contact your reseller in the first instance. Should you have any problems locating or contacting your reseller, please don't hesitate to contact us giving full details including unit serial number and we will be pleased to put you in touch with someone who can help.
