Our main office base is just south of Milton Keynes and we also have a London base at TechHub within Google Campus near Old Street Station in London.

Channel Account Manager

We are looking for an intelligent and driven Account Manager to facilitate sales growth within our established reseller and service provider channel base. You will be responsible for providing our resellers with everything they need to further their and our success.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a single point of contact to coordinate our active support towards our resellers
  • Operating our reseller incentive programmes and monitoring performance against targets
  • Acting as an escalation point for any issues that the reseller has with the management of their account or technical requests
  • Providing commercial training and hands on assistance to on-board new resellers and improve performance of existing resellers.
  • Managing end user leads: acting as initial point of contact, qualification, referral to the most suitable reseller, follow-up and outcome tracking.
  • Working as an integral member of our team, including answering general customer enquiries by telephone, chat and email from time to time.
  • Planning regular site visits covering set agenda items, including forecasts and providing notes with actionable items.
  • Maintaining CRM and share business intelligence with the company
  • Above all we are looking for candidates who will be comfortable and contribute strongly in a very dynamic small company. This is a very challenging environment but gives opportunities for growth to the right candidate.

You will operate as a fully participating member of an autonomous multi-disciplinary team which owns the commercial success of its own product lines. You’ll be expected to contribute positively to all areas of decision making and execution within the team with focus on the core role responsibility of maximising channel account engagement.
